Our goal is to empower companies to effortlessly access financial services in a consistent, transparent, and secure way - regardless of the underlying requirements and technology.
To that end, we have developed a solution (both as an API and a platform) that allows for a unified management of digital and fiat currencies. Our commitment is to provide a user-friendly product and attentive customer service.

Our company culture

- Fipto's Weekly Call: every Monday, we organize the Fipto's Weekly call to provide an overview of each department's weekly tasks.
- Team coffee: every Thursday, team members share a 30-minute presentation on a topic they’re passionate about, whether or not it's related to crypto-currency. This allows us to get to know each other and discuss various topics openly.
- Fipto Days: three times a year and over 2 days, the team gathers in a common place to share moments. These two days of team building include workshops and activities designed to :
- discuss the evolution and future of Fipto
- develop our crypto culture and knowledge
- build trust between team members
- Thursday Drink: every two weeks, on Thursdays, we all get together for a drink.

Employees on permanent contracts are entitled to 25 days' paid vacation and 8-12 days' RTT

Employees on permanent contracts can work from home twice a week. Moreover, they have the opportunity to work remotely from another country (max. 2 weeks).

Employees on full-remote contracts get a €120 monthly budget for access to coworking spaces in their city

- Fipto pays 100% of employees' salary during maternity leave, after validation of the probationary period.
- Once back from maternity leave, employees can work at 80% and be paid at 100% for the first two months.
