Our onboarding Process

    Navigating a new environment can be overwhelming, but fear not! Our dedicated HR team will be with you every step of the way. One week before you start, you receive our Fipto Onboarding Companion to equip you with the necessary knowledge and tools as you embark on your journey with Fipto.

    By acquainting you with our vision, mission, culture, and team, we aim to ensure a smooth and fulfilling start to your role.

     

  • Prepare for a warm welcome! Your first day at Fipto is more than paperwork and orientation. It’s an introduction to the heart of our culture, where you’ll connect with your team, learn about our values, and start to feel the sense of conviviality that defines our workplace.

  •  

    When you start at Fipto, you can access your tailored onboarding path on Notion. You’ll follow:

    • The General Fipto course, where you’ll learn more about our mission and our vision. You’ll also get to meet key people who’ll help you understand better the company and their roles. In addition to this, you’ll follow our crypto training to enable you to understand better our payment environment.
    • A course specific to your job, in which you’ll get access to all the documentation and tools you need to thrive in your position in the long run. You’ll be trained by members of the team to gradually take control of your position and improve your skills.
    • A to-do list with multiple tasks to be completed during your first week, such as the onboarding HR tools, Swile card, LinkedIn update, etc…

     

  • The onboarding doesn’t end after the first two weeks. We believe in continuous support as you settle into your role.

    • Regular OTOs are organized with your manager every week, and ongoing resources ensure that you always have the support you need to excel and grow.
    • Our Head of People and culture will be there to support you from an HR point of view throughout your adventure at Fipto.
