What is the role of Operations Analyst at Fipto?
As a Operations Analyst at Fipto, you will work closely with Marine our senior MO/BO and Bertrand our COO, our Sales team, our compliance team and our product team to ensure the smooth running of customer transactions. Your main role will be to manage and configure client accounts. Moreover, you'll be in charge of onboarding and monitoring customer transactions, as well as ensuring that every financial entry in our ledger is properly reconciled in Fipto's books.
Here are your missions:
Analyze our corporate clients' files (KYB/KYC) and analyze their risk from a compliance point of view and perform the periodic reviews
Monitor transactions in crypto-currencies and traditional currencies to manage fraud risks, as well as regulatory compliance risks.
Manage settlements and deliveries with Fipto's liquidity partners.
Review and improve existing processes / create new ones.
Implement strategic recommendations on partnerships and customers.
Support Marine on project management side
Your Future Team:
You will work under Marine, your future manager and also our senior MO/BO.
You will also work closely with :
Bertrand our COO and co-founder and Chelsea our operation analyst
Gregoire, and Patrick, Fipto’s co-founders,
The Compliance Team, with Ivaylo and Lyazat,
The Sales team composed of Valentin, Charlotte, and one intern,
as well as many other people
About You:
Currently in your final year of a higher education course in management control, finance or auditing, you are currently talking a gap year or you’re looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship from October 2026.
Ideally, you have previous successful experiences of a similar internship in a consulting firm or startup in strategy, finance or marketing.
You have an analytical mind and an ability to synthesize data.
You are meticulous, proactive and curious
You are autonomous, self-disciplined and able to question yourself.
You are results-oriented and data-driven
You speak both French and English fluently
You're a resourceful thinker
Recruitment Process:
Initial HR screening call with Sandra, Head of People and Culture (45 minutes, phone)
Case study at home (45 minutes)
Interview with our Senior Operations specialist, Marine (45 min, video or at the office)
Final interview with Bertrand, our COO (30 min, video or at the office)
