At Fipto, we’re rethinking how businesses move money across borders. Using stablecoins and blockchain infrastructure, we make B2B payments faster, cheaper, and more transparent. Our clients send and convert funds globally, seamlessly switching between fiat and crypto.

We're a small, focused team shipping fast. We're looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap and make sure what we build actually moves the needle.

Along with the product team(1 HoP, 1 PM), you’ll be the bridge between tech, sales, marketing, operations and compliance and play a key role in defining what we build, how we build it, and how we talk about it.

Our product is designed API first, but is also exposed through a web app for our clients. We also developed a back-office for our operation team to manage our client payment flows. As a PM you’ll be in charge of the success of those 3 pieces, ensuring they all work smoothly together for their respective target audience.

What you’ll do:

• Own the roadmap: Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact. You'll be responsible of one of the 2 squads we currently have at Fipto.
• Write clear specs and ensure high quality: Develop PRDs that align everyone on the “why” and “what”. Be responsible of high quality-standards of the feature we expose to our clients.
• Collaborate & deliver: Work closely with engineers to launch features on time and with high quality standard.
• Shape UX with design: Collaborate with our designer to shape intuitive, user-friendly flows for both our API and webapp products.
• Talk to customers: Join sales calls, run demos, gather feedback, and convert it into actionable insights.
• Go-to-market: Partner with marketing to craft messaging, plan launches, and drive adoption.
• Stay on top of trends: Monitor fintech, crypto, and cross-border payments trends to keep our product competitive.
• Build product culture: Champion learning, speed, and ownership across the team.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years in product management, preferably in B2B fintech focused on payment, with a track record of successfully managing and launching products.
• Good acumen of the technical sides of the product. You’re curious of how things are being built behind the curtain, and at ease talking about it with the tech team.
• Comfort with ambiguity: you thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments. You’re autonomous and eager to share new ideas or launch new initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills: you can work with tech, design, business, compliance and operations stakeholders with ease.
• At ease to pitch a product in front of prospects decision makers
• Interest in crypto/fintech: you’re curious about stablecoins, global payments, and the future of finance.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Your Future Team

You will work under Jean-Laurent, your future manager and Head of Product.

You will also work closely with :

• Bertrand, our COO and also one of Fipto’s co-founders
• Baptiste, the other PM in place
• The UX/UI Product Designer external partner
• Your squad composed of 5 developers

Lastly, Salary and Benefits of Joining Us:

• Fixed compensation ranging between €50,000 and €65,000
