Who Are We?
At Fipto, we are solving payment challenges using blockchain technology. We are redefining how businesses move money globally, replacing the fragmented infrastructure of traditional banking with a modern, programmable infrastructure powered by blockchain and stablecoins. Payments settle in minutes, not days. Transactions cost a fraction of traditional payments. Execution is available 24/7/365. Our infrastructure is fully regulated, internationally licensed and ISO certified.
We are still a team of around thirty people, so every person has real influence on how Fipto grows. You will work closely with experienced leaders, take ownership from day one, and help shape a company at the frontier of blockchain and traditional finance.
Join us, and help build the future of payments.

Produce tailored commercial proposals and functional architecture documents for each prospect.

About You:
More than 8 years of experience in fintech, payments, or B2B financial services environments.
Proven experience managing end-to-end onboarding of regulated financial institutions (PSPs, brokers, banks) — including KYB/KYC coordination, compliance workstreams, and integration management — from an operational or product background rather than a pure sales role.
Strong command of payment operations: local and international payments, liquidity management, correspondent banking, and stablecoins.
Sound understanding of financial compliance: KYB/KYC, AML, European regulation (MiCA, PSD2/PSD3), and travel rule.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
Strong analytical rigour and ability to synthesise complex topics for varied audiences (C-level executives, compliance officers, technical teams).
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (REST APIs, integration specifications) without necessarily writing code.
Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in technically driven, high-growth environments.
Autonomy, organisational discipline, and the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
Confidently engaging with demanding institutional counterparts.
Results-oriented, pragmatic, and capable of building processes in a scale-up context.
